Billing & Shipping policy
- In order to purchase our products online, you must provide us with a valid credit card or other payment mechanism (e.g., PayPal) to pay for such purchase. All information that you provide in connection with any purchase must be accurate, complete and current. We will start working on your order after receiving confirmation of payment.
- Pursuant to the completion of your purchase on the Site, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. We handmake all jewels in our studio. It takes up to 30 days to manufacture your order. Your purchase will be delivered to you via express international courier, and will arrive to your requested destination within 40 days from your receipt of a confirmation email. If you need your order delivered faster please contact us and we will do our best to speed up the process.
- We ship all items with DHL express shipping. Shipping cost is free of charge. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Jewels are delivered in a lovely box and bag. We can add a note from you, contact us with your message and we will write it and add it to your gift.
Returns and refund policy
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.
If for any reason the jewels you bought do not meet your expectations, let us know, and we will work with you to make it right! We do not give a cash refund as all items are custom made especially for you.
You may exchange any unused item you purchased. please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the goods and ship it back to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
