Who makes my jewelry?
All of our jewelry is hand made by Adar and Adva in our studio & workshop in Tel-Aviv. We use a mixture of ancient and modern goldsmith techniques to design and manufacture your jewelry.
Do you make custom-made jewelry?
We love making special orders and designing personal jewelry for our clients. If you have an idea for a custom-made piece of jewelry, please contact us by email.
What is the difference between 14k and 18k gold?
When speaking of gold karat, we are actually speaking of the percentage of pure gold in the jewel. In a 14k gold piece there is 58.5% of pure gold mixed with other alloys usually copper and silver. In an 18k jewel there is 75% of pure gold.
Can I buy jewelry in white or red gold?
Yes, most items can be ordered in your choice of gold colour. Look for the material tab and choose your preference.
How do I know my ring size?
We provided a size chart in the description of every ring.

Are All The Jewelries Made From Ethically Sourced Materials?
all of the gold used in the stodio is recycled.
we also make sure to only use diamonds and gems bought from reputable sorcess
Shipping
When will I get my order?
All our jewelry is made-to-order, and take up to 30 days to make.
We ship our jewelry by express courier. Shipping in Israel takes between 48 to 72 hours. International shipping takes up to 7 days.
I didn’t receive my package, what can I do?
In case you haven’t received your order:
Use the tracking number we sent you to check the status of your shippment, it may have been delayd be your local post office or customes.
In any case, feel free to contact us at hydrajw@gmail.com and we will do our best to help locate your packege.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
Our jewelry is handmade, therefore a refund is not possible. instead, we offer the option to exchange the jewelry for other jewelry from our studio.
If you've received your jewelry and you wish to exchange it, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

Can you wrap my gift?
We love our planet and want to keep it green. Our jewelry comes in a beautiful, gift-ready jewelry box wrapped with a satin ribbon in our branded Hydra bag.

Can I add a note to my gift?
Yes!
Just make sure you add your massege in the note section when you checkout.
We will hand write your message on a lovely card and add it to your gift.
